Cancellation Policy for Overseas Dental Training with Patients

At Australian Biocare Academy, we strive to provide an exceptional and well-organized overseas dental

training experience. To ensure fairness to all participants and smooth coordination, we have established the

following cancellation policy for our overseas dental training programs involving patient care:

1. Cancellation by Participant

• Up to 120 Days Before Program Start: If you cancel your participation 91 to 120 days or

more prior to the start of the program, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made,

minus a non-refundable administration fee of 15% of the amount paid.

• 90 Days Before Program Start: If you cancel 46 to 90 days prior to the start of the program, you

will receive a 50% refund of the program fee. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover

administrative and preparation costs.

• 45 Days or Less Before Program Start: Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start

date will not be eligible for any refund. This is due to the logistical and patient care arrangements

that have already been made.

2. Cancellation by the Organization

• In the unlikely event that ABA – Australian Biocare Academy cancels the overseas dental training

program, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the administrative

fee. However, ABA – Australian Biocare Academy will not be responsible for any additional

expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

3. Substitution Policy

• If you are unable to attend the program but wish to send a substitute, you may transfer your

registration to another eligible participant. All substitutions must be communicated to ABA –

Australian Biocare Academy at least 15 days before the program start date.

4. Force Majeure

• In the case of unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability,

pandemics, or other acts of God, ABA – Australian Biocare Academy reserves the right to modify or

cancel the program. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative program date or

a partial refund, depending on the nature of the disruption.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any

unforeseen cancellations, including illness, travel disruptions, or emergencies.

6. Health and Safety Compliance

• Participants are expected to comply with all health and safety regulations in the host country. Failure

to do so may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

*All the refunds will be make up to 90 days from the cancelation request email received by ABA.
